2020 is just around the corner... Why not kickstart the New Year right with our 4 week introduction to Yoga?!

This 4 week session will assist you with your current fitness goals, while ensuring you start 2020 with insight, personal commitment and space. You will reawaken your mind/body connection, learn the importance of breath and alignment, and leave grounded, energized and excited for the next class!

Whether you're a beginner or advanced yogi, Carmen has you covered! Carmen comes to us with extensive training as a BCRPA certified personal trainer and Kineseologist, as well as 500 hr yoga instructor. She is excited to get classes going and help you begin, or continue your yoga journey!

Over the first 4 week session, she will cover a variety of types of yoga including the basic roots Hatha (with breathing, alignment and mudras/mantras), Kundalini (the dance and light of yoga), Back Care Yoga and Restorative. Use of props and modifications for support and inclusions will also be covered. The investment for this 4-week commitment is $48 and classes will be held every Sunday from 8am to 9am beginning Sunday, January 5!


Week 1-Hatha/Back Care (including intro to yoga props, 

modifications and inclusions which are always available)
Week 2-Hatha/kundalini
Week 3-Hatha/Restorative
Week 4-Mingler Hatha (a mix of the above)
